Single-family house 180m2

Concept
An interior design project in a very minimalist style, with neutral colors and materials. Light walls serve as a background for the entire interior arrangement and are a perfect stage for incoming natural light. The common area introduces colors to the interior through furniture and accessories, which gives it a cozy, homely atmosphere, encouraging spending time together.
Throughout all floors, colors that draw from nature were used, creating interiors that don't distract and help with rest or work. The main motif of the interior and the house is an openwork brick wall which is reflected on the external facade, creating a kind of 'high fence' gently separating the house from the street and creating an interesting decorative effect. Additionally, it refers to the building material used in the structure of the building.
The ground floor of the house is reserved for common areas, the upper floor has children's rooms, a bedroom, and a shared bathroom. The last floor has a common area prepared as a place for working from home and a guest room.
The designed space is located on a plot in close proximity to single-family houses with tall vegetation. The house's lighting comes mainly from the small garden and street side. To additionally illuminate all floors, two skylights were used in the roof, which let additional light into all levels and the staircase.
