Single-family house 360m2

The residence is located near Warsaw, in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by single-family houses. The client required that the design ensure privacy from the street while allowing maximum use of natural light through large glazing open to the surrounding garden with numerous trees.

The house was designed so that the common area, children's rooms, and home office are located on the ground floor, while the bedrooms with a spacious terrace are placed on the upper floor. Each of the bedrooms on the ground floor has been separated by a small corridor from the common area, which provides them with more silence and ideal conditions for learning and relaxation. The terrace on the upper floor constitutes an important zone of the house, as that's where the clients wanted to create a space with vegetation, a place for morning yoga, and evening communal contemplation.

The interior style was inspired by the combination of natural and heavy materials, such as dark wood, stone, and travertine. These were combined with a simple form which gives us an exceptionally elegant interior. Additionally, this space was broken up with sophisticated accessories and the use of one strong color in the form of accents. Despite strong materials, it creates a harmonious and atmospheric interior.
